Vincent Mawira Marangu

Managing Director

Mr Mawira is the managing Director in the firm. He is an expert in commercial and corporate matters,. He especially has cutting edge skills gathered in years of practice where he has effectively represented clients in complex real estate transactions, joint venture agreements, banking and finance, company formations, intellectual property law and immigration matters. He is also well experienced in civil litigation and especially debt collection, company law, succession, arbitration law and practice among others.

Mr. Mawira holds a bachelor of laws Degree from University of Nairobi and a post graduate Diploma from the kenya School of Law.

He is also an associate of the London based chartered institute of arbitrators through the kenya chapter, Nairobi.
